While most people were jamming to songs like “Billie Jean” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart”,  I was being born in the South Bronx.  Well, much has changed since then, but I will never forget my roots and where I came from.
               I hold a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design and Technology from Emmanuel College In Boston,MA.
               Currently I reside in Hollywood,FL  and work as a Patient Financial Services Rep. at Memorial Healthcare System. I also have been doing freelance design work, handling print and digital services for small business companies.  In my free time I try to give back as much as I can, working with organizations such as Broward Outreach Centers and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Campaign just to name a couple. 
               Where I might be tomorrow I am not sure, but I have been very fortunate in my life and will continue to make a difference in whatever facet I am in.

• I served as the campus DJ during 3 of my 4 years at Emmanuel, playing everything from booster and social events to formal events
• I am a casual video gamer, I have a Wii and a PS3 ( id: chachology) add me to your buddy list and say hi
• I love to cook!  I can cook and bake all sorts of stuff, but my specialty is my triple chocolate attack cheesecake
• I also enjoy dancing, especially to 80’s music and early 90’s house and dance music.  Usually the cheesier it is the more I want to dance
• I helped cover MacWorld NY for Mac Addict(now Mac Life) Magazine in 2002
• I can’t live without Sade’s Lover’s Live Album; I have listened to that record on the regular for over years now
• I am mildly lactose intollerant, so if you give me whole milk then I am going to get sick! Soy Milk is just fine =)

Interviewed Patients and verified all personal information on RUMBA database.  Conducted Investigations to determine the ability of patients to pay their medical bill, which included but not limited to job verification, insurance coverage, verification of governmental assistance (Medicaid, SSI etc).  Explored alternative sources with patients to cover medical expenses.  Computed billing functions in order to maintain hospital revenue.  Obtained authorization for emergency room visits and inpatient services rendered in facility.  Created and aided PowerPoint presentations on new department guidelines and principles.
